In implementation of the National Guidelines for the Enhancement of Public Information Assets drawn up by AgID, NoiPA shares and makes transparent the data capital resulting from the management of PA personnel. In this way the managed data become a valuable resource for public decision-makers and for all those who, through data analysis, have the possibility to structure solutions aimed at national well-being.

The new section, entirely dedicated to the information heritage, in addition to offering greater centrality to the core of information managed by NoiPA, strengthens the concept of transparency and accessibility of the information heritage of the Public Administration.

In this sense, the focus shifts from the conception of NoiPA as a digitalized payroll service to that of a database of data and information for a scalable development potential of new services for PA: the NoiPA world of cannot be reduced to the economic aspect only, but it represents a tool to enhance the existing information heritage.

In this perspective, in fact, since the design of the new portal, two sections specifically dedicated to data have been created: OpenData and NoiPA Numbers. The first section refers to a more specialized audience in quantitative data processing. In the "NoiPA Numbers" section, instead, it is possible to access a graphic reworking of the data, which allows an intuitive, immediate, interactive and transparent visualization.

The main functionalities provided concern the automatic update of the dashboards with the aim of allowing the display of the salary payments of the staff of the managed Administrations, in an interactive way and with automatic updates; the possibility to choose the data to be displayed through selectable filters; the possibility to consult the data directly from the graphs; the display of the table details of the data, to guarantee the accessibility of the information contents; the download in multiple formats according to the type of data selected (graphs, tables, mixed data).

Through this new section you will not only accumulate data, but you will create real knowledge by sharing information.

In fact, in order to make the most of the information content of the dashboards, some information is highlighted in the form of counters, always up to date, which allow the consultation of the section dedicated to the knowledge system. The counters will concern, for example, the number of total administrators, the number of coupons per month and the data of the total NoiPA staff payroll expenditure per month.

The portal, in order to promote data interoperability, shares a completely digitalized information heritage, thus participating in a process of innovation that involves the entire country. The system is constantly working to make information a collective asset, accessible and usable for all, and this latest innovation represents a new stage in the evolution of the NoiPA system, which will continue to improve to offer new features to users and dedicated services for all other stakeholders of the system.

All this is proof that the PA is also an innovator, able to respond at the same time both to users' needs and to the principles of security, transparency and efficiency that must guide public sector action.
