The Direction of the Informative System and Innovation of the General Department of Personnel and Services of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (it follows as “the Owner”) has realized the portal www.cloudifynoipa.it (it follows as “the Portal”) to divulgate information about the Cloudify NoiPA Program, relative to the realization of the new system that provides services to the Public Administration in the matter of personnel management.

In this very page the Legal Notes relative to the use of the Portal are stated.

The Owner reserves itself the right to modify the contents of the Portal and the “Legal Notes” any time. The information reported in this section are redacted in the respect of the directives stated in the guidelines of the public administration websites, so they provide information relative to the following topics:

All the website material and contents, like script code, graphics, texts, charts, images and videos and any other information available in any possible way, are protected under the legislation regarding wits works.

The labels, the logos, the distinctive signs of Cloudify NoiPA that appear on the Portal have been registered by the Owner under the legislation in force in the matter of industrial property, which refers to the legislative decree February 10,2005, n.30 (Industrial Property Code).

Other labels and any other product or mentioned society in case present in the Portal pages, belong to the respective owners or titleholders and they can be protected by patents and/or copyrights granted or registered by the authorities in charge.

Therefore, for lucrative scopes, it is allowed to use, copy and distribute documents and relative images available on this Portal only over written permission (or equally legally valid)or preventive of the DAG, in exception of any law right.

Copyright notes, the authors whether identified, or the actual source, must be in all cases cited in the publications any way realized and spread.

Use of the website

Any kind of  link appearing on the Portal, if  added by third parties, it must not damage the image and the activities carried out by the Informative Systems and Innovation services and the Department of the General Administration of the Personnel and Services for the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

It is forbidden to cd. deep linking Portal parts, that is the non transparent use of third parties websites. The non observation of the stated dispositions, making exception in the presence of written authorization, will be persecuted by the judicial, civil and penal branches of competence. In none of  cases the Owner can be considered responsible for any kind of damages, directly or indirectly caused by the access to the website, from the inability to the impossibility to access, from the user reliability and contents use.

The owner provides the website with updated information but it does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy.

In case the dispositions are not observed, when there is no written authorization, it will follow a prosecution by the judicial, civil and penal branches of competence.

The owner reserves itself every legal action for preventing the improper use of the State’s Symbols.

The owner does not have any responsibility for what concerns the websites to which it is possible to access through the connections inside the Portal itself, provided as simple service to the web users.

The connections do not implicate the approval of the websites themselves upon which every responsibility regarding quality, contents and graphics is declined from, but they always refer to official sources of “institutional” relevance.

Therefore, for what concerns the completeness, the precision of information, software and or plug proposed they are held responsible those subjects that are owners of the websites to which is possible to access according to the conditions by themselves implemented.
