The Cloudify NoiPA digital transformation programme is implemented with co-financing from the European Union, National Operational Programme "Governance and Institutional Capacity 2014 - 2020 ESF/ERDF".

It consists of two projects, formalised in project fiches, whose objectives are briefly described below:

• "Cloudify NoiPA - The Public Personnel Management System" (Axis 1) To enable and disseminate the services provided within the information system, through appropriate capacity building actions, to enhance and strengthen the network of relations between Public Administrations and to improve the management of PA personnel.
   
• "Cloudify NoiPA - Information System Development" (Axis 2) Exploit the opportunities of digitization of the processes of Public Administrations, through the re-engineering of the NoiPA system and the related services provided.

The financial progress of the project related to Axis 1 as of 02/09/2019, in which the economic planning according to the project sheet "Cloudify NoiPA - The public personnel management system" is present, the final value of the activities carried out and the value of the expenditure reported, is reported.
