Cloudify NoiPA - Introduction to the Transparency Section

The Cloudify NoiPA digital transformation programme is implemented by the MEF with funding from the Operational Programme Complementary to the National Operational Programme "Governance and Institutional Capacity 2014-2020", managed by the Department of Public Administration.

It consists of two projects:

Public personnel management system focused on Administrative and Institutional Capacity Development to modernize PA;
Development of the information system focused on the Development of e-government, interoperability and support for the implementation of AgID's Digital Agenda, through the implementation of digital infrastructures.
