On 30 September, 1 and 2 October, a series of seminars were held at Binario F in Rome, with the aim of illustrating the main results produced and the future prospects of the Cloudify NoiPA programme. Three days of discussion with the Administrations that have contributed to the creation of the New NoiPA and with those organizations that have expressed the willingness to join the Platform.

Present at the event are AGENAS, the Cohesion Agency, the Revenue Agency, the Collection Agency, ANPAL, the Municipality of Milan, the Municipality of Rome, INFN, the MEF, the Ministry of Justice, the Emilia Romagna Region, the Lazio Region, the Piedmont Region, the Valle D'Aosta Region, RTS Bolzano, SOGEI and the University of Florence.

The first day was dedicated to illustrate the evolution of the NoiPA system and to present the architecture of the system, with particular attention to the cloud infrastructure able to respond flexibly to the needs for increasingly articulated services and responding to the needs of an increasingly wide audience of users.

The components for the valorisation of the managed information assets have been illustrated, thanks to which the NoiPA system presents itself as the only national centralised database of the PA, and the first results achieved by the programme: the new NoiPA portal, with completely renewed graphics and information architecture, the new services of the portal and the NoiPA app and its evolutions.

The new "Summary Contributions" service, which in a private area allows you to monitor the status of your contribution situation in real time, was the subject of in-depth analysis. The service also allows you to consult the resulting contribution position in the NoiPA system and report any discrepancies with respect to the contribution statement provided by INPS.

On the second day, Cloudify NoiPA's personal and legal services were presented, followed by a focus on presence detection services, with an in-depth session on detection through biometric recognition, which can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way using the App.

On this occasion, the Performance Evaluation Module was also presented, which will make it possible to evaluate the performance and behaviour of PA personnel, as well as to measure the results achieved by the employee in relation to the objectives assigned.

The third day was dedicated to the presentation of salary services, the new service and agreement model, the Intermediate Model for the provision of services and the service pricing system.

At the end of the day, several thematic in-depth meetings were organised with representatives of the Administrations interested in joining the New NoiPA System, during which the representatives of the DSII were able to illustrate in detail the procedures for joining NoiPA for the new bodies.

Thanks to the active participation of the Administrations, which have shown great interest in the innovations introduced, one of the most significant events for the enhancement of the Cloudify NoiPA project was concluded, which now reaps the rewards of months of work on the design and development of the new platform.
