NoiPA and the Three-Year Plan for IT in Public Administration 2024-2026

12/Feb/2024

NoiPA is at the forefront of the important process of digitising Public Administration, leading the digital transformation of the country.

The Italian Digital Agency (AgID) has published the new Three-Year Plan for IT in Public Administration 2024-2026. The document aims to provide operational indications for the digitisation strategies of Public Administrations, indicating the operational methods, useful tools, expected results and objectives to be pursued. It therefore represents an essential tool for the overall digital transformation of the PA at the national level.

The role of NoiPA in the Three-Year Plan for IT 2024-2026

In line with the general objectives of the Three-Year Plan, the role of NoiPA is explored in the second part of the document, where the evolution of those public platforms that offer fundamental services and functionalities in the digitisation of services and processes of public sector is examined.

In addition to the advanced services for the management of all processes in the HR area, including the related obligations provided for by current legislation, the NoiPA system guarantees - through the Open Data NoiPA portal - full use and consultation, in aggregate form, of the information assets resulting from the management of PA personnel.

In the coming years, therefore, the Digital Transformation Plan sets the general objective of improving the services provided by the various platforms. NoiPA needs to continue to encourage adherence to the platform’s services. This is highlighted, also through specific promotion and dissemination campaigns, always with the aim of providing decisive support to administrative action in personnel management.
