NoiPA, users' safety first

NoiPA, users' safety first

19/Jul/2021

The commitment of the NoiPA system to ensuring data security and privacy protection continues with regulatory and technological developments.

As part of the CloudifyNoiPA programme and with the most recent regulations on privacy and personal data protection, the activity on raising the level of security for access to and use of the services provided by the NoiPA system has been launched.

This evolution will affect all those who access the services of the system using the private area of the portal NoiPA and the features made available by the NoiPA app.

The adjustment of security levels will also be achieved through the use of tools that are already available to many users of the system:

  • the electronic Identity Card (ID card);
  • the National Services Card (NSC);
  • the second-level SPID user account;
  • the official NoiPA app.

The electronic Identity Card can be requested from your municipality according to the instructions provided on the page of the Ministry of the Interior.

For access with the National Services Card, it is possible to use the health card by enabling it to be used as a NSC, following the instructions at the link TS-NSC access mode.

The second level SPID user can be requested free of charge from Identity Providers by following the instructions at the link Request SPID.

The official NoiPA app, available for Android, Apple and Huawei devices, will also be indispensable for accessing the system's services.

These are the tools that will soon allow you to access the portal in compliance with the security requirements necessary to ensure the protection of personal data.

Read our news "In evidence" to follow the evolution of the activity and to have all the necessary information to access the services of the NoiPA system.
