Postponed to April 30 the start of the new access modalities to NoiPA

07/Mar/2022

The start of the new access modalities to NoiPa, through SPID, CIE and CNS, initially scheduled for March 7, has been extended to April 30.

In order to allow all the structures of the Administrations served to complete the activities of adaptation to the new security measures guaranteeing the continuity of the service, the date for the implementation of the new methods of access to the reserved area of the portal was extended to April 30, 2022.

The extension, expressly requested by many Administrations, will allow to have a longer period of time available to deal with the new methods of accessing the NoiPA system, both for the use of the personal area by the administered staff and for the use of workspace services for system operators.

As of April 30, the new methods of access will be as follows:

  • Electronic Identity Card (CIE), National Services Card (CNS) or SPID reinforced by the use of a One Time Password (OTP) according to the procedure described on the page Personal area access, for logging in to the NoiPA personal area for the use of device services in self-service mode;
  • Electronic Identity Card (CIE), National Services Card (CNS), for operators who use the consultation and updating functionalities within their work area, as described in the section "Access to NoiPA system" on the page Administrations.

We take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of checking and validating the e-mail address registered in the portal, not only to receive information from the NoiPA world but also, from 30 April, to access services.

The verification and validation of the e-mail address can be carried out in the private area, using the function "Modify personal data", present in the menu at the top right next to the name. Starting from April 30, the validation of the email address will be allowed using only the authentication with SPID level 2, CIE or CNS.
