The Guidelines on the management and operation processes of the services relating to NoiPA Assistance and NoiPA Anti-fraud are now available in the Documents section.

Specifically, the guidelines on the Anti-Fraud and Assistance service aim to:

• Increase the enhancement and usability of information assets;
• Facilitate knowledge transfer;
• Define a reference base in the development of tools and applications connected to the two services.
