On Wednesday, March the 28^th, the Armed Forces took part in a workshop held at the MEF Information Systems and Innovation Office (DSII) seat in Piazza Dalmazia.

The meeting is part of the collaboration activities defined in the agreement signed between the two administrations on November 27, which includes, among other elements, the participation of the FF.AA. to the needs gathering activities and to the testing sessions of the new NoiPA.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the business logics adopted in the design of the "Withholding taxes management" and "lording" functions and the progress of the requirements definition activities.

Regarding the withholding taxes management function, in particular, the DSII underlined the fact that the new system provides greater autonomy for the users, giving, for example, the chance to ask for payment extensions in self-service mode. On the other hand, with regard to the "lording" function, which is peculiar to the sector, a detailed analysis of the requirements collected was carried out, while additional needs were gathered in a specific work session.

The solutions envisaged for the two functions have been approved by the Armed Forces, which have highlighted the importance of ensuring the security of the information contained within the system, managing properly organizational charts, roles and cones of visibility.

The day ended with the intention of quickly defining a calendar of new meetings aimed at examining in detail some issues related to the system security.
