The Forum PA is the annual meeting on innovation in the Public Administration sector. It has been an occasion for the Ministry of Economy and Finances to present the program for digital transformation of the current system NoiPA to the public and to everyone involved in the Cloudify NoiPA project.

Two workshops have been held on 24^th  and 25^th of May, respectively, at the newest Convention Center “La Nuvola” in Rome. Roberta Lotti and Andrea Iudica – executives of the Direction of Informative Systems and Innovation (DSII) of the MEF department of General Administration of Personnel and Services (DAG) - have outlined the main aspects relative to Cloudify NoiPA and they have directly answered to the questions asked by the audience.

The new unique management system that involves all the Public Administration workforce-as the project representatives have explained-will be the evolution of the current “NoiPA”. Moreover, it represents an immediate and decisive challenge that the DSII wants to take with the purpose of realizing a system that would fully meet the needs of Administrations, stakeholders and final users.

The 2017 edition has mostly been an occasion to present the new cloud platform, its several potentialities and the ways of realization and organization (internal and external) of the structure. This same structure will be used, over the next years, for the creation of a system that focuses on the user and his/her experience.

During the two workshop, the presence of the Agency for Territorial Cohesion has been of great relevance and particular interest. Indeed, Riccardo Monaco and Fulvio Pellegrini, with their contributions, explained to the audience the delicate role of the PON Governance program and its strategic objective. They also outlined how the Cloudify NoiPA Project is embedded in this program contributing to the PA modernization process.
