Cloudify NoiPA aims to become an innovation excellence in the field of Public Administration and to be hence a virtuous example and a source of inspiration.

In order to achieve this goal, sharing the same vision among all those who work on the project, starting from those responsible for each project streams, becomes of primary importance.

In line with this strategy, it was decided to involve the Project Leaders in a Workshop aimed at promoting the sharing of the planned project path and greater involvement for everyone.

The workshop, which will take place on October 19, will be preceded by a preparatory phase during which each Responsible will produce a document highlighting the actions and activities undertaken by his working group, its areas of improvement and criticalities, and the skills needed to carry out the tasks.

Once all the elaborated documents will be presented, the event will be the occasion to put all the different perspectives together and thus realize the true coordination process leading to the elaboration of the common vision for Cloudify.

The use of this multidisciplinary approach will help to better understand how the changes and evolutions of the project will enable stakeholders to meet their needs in an early and “non-emergency” logic, and will therefore permit to build a better system which could fully meet the needs of its users.
