Cloudify NoiPA program’s Management keeps meeting Municipalities and Regions

06/Nov/2017

Between October 17 and 18, the Management of the program Cloudify NoiPA met with Piemonte’s Regional Government, the Municipality of Turin and the Municipality of Milan

As part of the implementation of Agid's three-year plan, the Information Systems and Innovation Office (DSII) has launched a series of meetings with the local authorities to show the program Cloudify NoiPA and share its innovative methodological approach.

On October 17 and 18, the Management of the program met with Piemonte’s Regional Government, with the Municipality of Turin and with the Municipality of Milan. The purpose of the meetings was mainly to identify the possible accession paths to the program and check the opportunities of collaboration with the institutions.

The meetings presented the two options related to the different roles that the administrations could play in the development of the program:

  • partner in co-design, with the chance to participate actively in the program’s planning and implementation path;
  • user, with the opportunity to be involved solely in the implementation phase of the accession path to the program agreed with Agid.

The partner role is characterized by a high degree of flexibility and provides, among other things, for the collaboration of the administrations in the implementation of the program in different ways according to their characteristics and peculiarities.

For example, the meetings explored the possibility, for each of the institutions met, of participating with a supporting role in the drafting of the system requirements and in the definition of the integration processes between NoiPA and the other related services (Accounting, Performance Management, etc.).

At the meeting with Piemonte’s Regional Government and the City of Turin, the DSII discussed with CSI Piedmont, an in house company in the field of IT management, analyzing thoroughly one of the possible forms of collaboration that envisages an intermediated service delivery model. Such a solution was already explored and shared previously during the meeting with the Autonomous Province of Trento.

At the end of the meetings, all the participants expressed the intention to find quickly ways of fruitful collaboration, to formalize a collaboration agreement with the authorities and to structure a work plan.
