The new NoiPA portal offers simpler and more secure services, through a more flexible IT platform and able, thanks to the Cloud solutions, to improve the offer for managed users and to more simply welcome the new administrations that will join the system.

In the design phase, the involvement of users was essential, who, through joint work with that of the dedicated working groups, have contributed to the construction of a product that meets their needs, also verified during the usability tests conducted in the spring, at the end of the design phase.

There are several novelties that characterize the portal. Redesigned the information architecture to simplify the search and consultation of content and completely redefined the design to improve the online experience of users.

In the public area, particular emphasis has been placed on the services offered and those to be offered in the future, in order to guarantee that the Administrations that wish to join will easily find all the useful information.

A section dedicated to the information heritage has been included which, in addition to offering greater centrality to the nucleus of information managed by NoiPA, reinforces the concept of transparency and accessibility of the information heritage of the PA. The Open Data section, already there in the previous version of the portal, has been enriched in terms of information and advanced tools for use also in correlation with information from other sources. The NoiPA Numbers section offers a summary of the most relevant information relating to the NoiPA system; starting from this information, it will soon be possible to access a new section entirely dedicated to the display and graphic reworking, in interactive mode, of all the significant data of NoiPA.

The portal will also have an English and German version that guarantees accessibility in accordance with the AgID guidelines.

The private area has also been redesigned, in line with the new hierarchy of information, to make it easier to navigate, allowing you to find, in an intuitive and immediate way, the areas of interest to the administered.

Ample room has been dedicated to economic information with the possibility of monitoring the overall trend of annual remuneration and its composition, as well as providing tools for comparison between different years.

The self-services have been organized by category; some have been completely redesigned and offer new functions, all the others will be in the coming months.

But the evolution of the NoiPA system does not stop there. The launch of the new portal will make available to users new services that are already planned in the coming months, reserved for all stakeholders of NoiPA.

In line with the evolution of the services, the mobile App will also be updated in order to offer more and more advanced functions.

All these innovations are proof that the PA can also be an innovative subject, able to respond at the same time to the needs of users and to the principles of security, transparency and efficiency that must guide the action of the public sector.
