08/Feb/2022

SPID, CIE and CNS are the key access methods that adapt to a level of security in the use of NoiPA services. Get ready to use them now!

Starting from March 7th, logging into the personal area of NoiPA services will require authentication via Electronic Identity Card (CIE), National Services Card (CNS), systems already in use and which provide greater security guarantees, or with SPID level 2 strengthened by the use of a One Time Password (OTP) according to the procedure described on the Personal area access page.

It will still be possible to access the personal area of NoiPA with the current methods that provide for the use of a tax code and password, but only for the consultation of data and documents (coupon, Single Certification, etc.). Also, in this case, to access the device services it will be necessary to strengthen these access methods by enabling the OTP service.

How to prepare for this change? It's easy! Remember to:

  • Update, as soon as possible, the e-mail and contact details in your Personal Area;
  • Download the NoiPA official APP, to receive periodic updates;
  • Begin immediately to access the portal with the new access.
