The active involvement of end users, from planning to the development of the future system, is a fundamental prerogative of the Cloudify NoiPA program.

In order to study the user needs and trace the requirements of the new NoiPA indeed, Since the beginning of the program's activities, many "User Testing" sessions and "Design Thinking" workshops have been carried out with various entities managed by the system.

In line with this "user centric" approach, the Program's website dedicates an entire section to the suggestions of the users, thus creating a fundamental listening channel for your needs and expectations.

From May 2017, thanks to this section, we have collected proposals on various topics, which range from the consultation and extraction of reports, to the usability of content via mobile devices, up to the simplification / interpretation of the payslip items.

After an analysis of the proposals, we have evaluated together with the working groups their feasibility and - where possible – decided to include your suggestions in the project developments.

For example, concerning the access to the system from mobile, we are working to ensure the possibility to access the new NoiPA from both APP and mobile browser. Through the APP you will be able to read and download documents and to receive personalized push notifications without the need for additional operations. We are also evaluating the possibility to allow off-site punching in and out through the smartmphone. However this solution will require more time than the others due to its complexity in terms of security and will remain, in any case, at the discretion of each administration.

In reference to the new functionalities to be managed in self-service, many of you have suggested, furthermore, to automate the request for the “family unit check”. For this reason, we are planning a new management of the online self-service request, integrating the possibility to attach the necessary documents in electronic format. The self-service functions will also be enriched by the possibility for the user and for the secretariats of the offices to upload documents related to participation certificates, courses, qualifications or sentences affecting the employment relationship.

Among your main proposals has also emerged the creation of a system of compensation for debts and credits, especially for the school sector. Hence, the new NoiPA will contain a section that, at any time, will allow the operator to view debts and credits at a certain date and to intervene to make any compensation. An improvement which will allow for example to perfect the management of the employees service (“prestato servizio”).

With the aim of improving your experience in the use of NoiPA we are placing, in general, a lot of attention in the design of an increasingly interactive and "smart" payslip, in order to make it readable and downloadable in a few clicks and to provide more detailed and clear information about each of the available items.
