The Program Portal is Online, support tool for Cloudify NoiPA, the reengineering Program of the NoiPA system and of the Direction of Informative Systems and Innovation (DSII) of the Department of General Administration of Personnel and Services (DAG) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

The portal has born with the aim of promoting the digital transformation plan that the MEF has been putting in place, going towards the development lines dictated by the Code of Digital Transformation aimed at improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of the Public Administration (PA). Cloudify NoiPA, Program financed by the POC of PON Governance and Institutional Capacity 14-20, is in facts   intended to the evolution and expansion of the services provided by the current system NoiPA, the system for the management of Italian Administration personnel.

In line with the transparency objectives of the PA, the website will allow to all the users and to all the interested citizens, to be informed on the advancement state of the Program. Gearing towards the creation of a governmental advanced model participative of the Program and opened towards the final users proposals, the website envisages a system focused on the user, in line with the emerging principles of user centricity and e-participation.

Besides the gathering of information on the context in which the Program is collocated, the objectives to pursue, the Team composition, the tools and the methodologies used, as well as the list of the offered services, the portal will also allow to users to be an active part in the realization of the new system through the section “Proposals and suggestions”, in which it is possible to take a look at the new ideas coming from the other users, to register and send your own.
