The Directorate of Information Systems and Innovation (DSII) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has created the web series "Ogni Santo 23", 9 episodes telling the story of DSII employees engaged in the Cloudify NoiPA program, the project through which NoiPA, the digital payment platform for the public administration employees, makes its transition to a unique management system based on Cloud technology. 

The title Ogni santo 23 takes its cue from the day of issue of the payment of wages and comes from the original mission of NoiPA: the payment of wages of employees of the Public Administration.  

The docu-series was shot and produced between February and December 2018, resuming the DSII executives daily work,  officers and employees working at the MEF's headquarters in Piazza Dalmazia in Rome and at the Data Processing Centres (DPCs) in Rome and Latina.

The docu-series allows you to discover how the digital transformation process is facing daily management challenges requiring an approach focusing on the capacity for technological innovation, the comparison with users’ needs and the set of legal rules governing the remuneration of each sector.

This is the context in which the DSII women and men work, facing these small and big challenges on a daily basis.  Ogni Santo 23 is one of the very first stories made "from inside" the PA and shows how skills, passion and humanity of its staff are key ingredients to manage the largest digital payment system in the world.

The series will be released through NoiPA's official online channels and will accompany the implementation of major new innovations planned for 2019.
