The program Cloudify NoiPA aims to be an example of technological innovation in the context of public administration and a promoter of change in the relationship between citizens and administrations.

Storytelling for example will be the new narrative used to involve the reader in the activities progress and to bring it closer to the issues usually more difficult to understand.

The creation of a new social media channel is part of the same paradigm shift.

The new social media channel of Cloudify NoiPA aims to be the representation of an increasingly pro-active and horizontal communication approach; the social media channel does not wait for the citizens to search for information, but tries instead to involve them actively using communication and interaction tools able to express the innovative scope of the actions carried out by the program.

It will be a new access point to the information of Cloudify NoiPA’s world, where all those interested could keep themselves updated on the evolution of the program.

This new tool makes it possible to move towards an even more inclusive and bi-directional communication, extending not only the users' audience, but also the possibilities and degree of participation of the citizens to the program, with the ambition for this interchange to be is increasingly fruitful.

Continuing on this evolution path and on the construction of a stable trust relationship to raise awareness on what will be the future NoiPA system is the objective and path taken by the new communication of the digital transformation program Cloudify NoiPA.
