Ogni Santo 23 is a documentary directed by Giovanni Piperno and tells the story of the digitalization process of NoiPA, the online platform dedicated to the payments of over 2 million public employees, and which features the employees of the Information Systems and Innovation Directorate (DSII) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

The docu-series was therefore produced with the primary purpose of telling honestly and directly the work of the MEF staff that is conducting one of the most complex processes of digital transformation of the Italian PA.

The web series, presented during the 2019 edition of Forum PA, offers in 9 episodes a glimpse into the passion and humanity of the people who work with pride in the PA and who are the true driving force of the DSII.
