Director Giovanni Piperno tells us how the idea of Ogni Santo 23 was born and the challenge and opportunity to tell the story of the PA by looking at it through the eyes and experience of those who work there.

Piperno has followed NoiPA employees for more than months, telling how they are engaged between their daily work of managing the payment system and the implementation of the Cloudify program that sees them as protagonists of a complex process of digital transformation of the platform dedicated to the legal-economic management of PA employees.

A documentary divided into 9 episodes that according to Piperno represents the work of thousands and thousands of public workers. A commitment that has always remained on the margins of films and documentaries, but which in reality is a central activity for all citizens who receive and use public services, and not only for those who provide them.
