On Thursday, October 19, 2017, the leaders of Cloudify NoiPA’s workgroups have been involved in a Workshop, entitled "Management by vision - An Opportunity for Cloudify NoiPA”. The purpose of the meeting was to think about the validity and implementation of the vision that the program Cloudify NoiPA has declined in the HL Design document 6 months ago, and at the same time to consolidate the management course that has long been started by the Information Systems and Innovation Department.

This was an opportunity to search and analyze in detail new elements of the program vision and to share the state of Cloudify NoiPA’s activities.

Thanks to a brainstorming path, all Cloudify NoiPA’s design drivers have been validated, as they have been considered able to ensure the proper development of the planned services and of the underlying information system.

In particular, the main pillars on which the project is building its results are user centricity, flexibility, configurability, customization, reusability and scalability.

In the second part of the workshop the participants, organized in working groups, analyzing three different case studies related to the future functioning of NoiPA, imagined how the above-mentioned pillars could be realized in real solutions.

All this confirmed the "feasibility" of the evolution lines contained in the vision and allowed all the participants to emphasize the importance of the strategic positioning choices made in the vision.
