Browse the prototype of the new Operators private area, a new service dedicated to the activities of administrative managers who work every day on the NoiPA system.

The new private area allows you to quickly manage communications, your requests, schedule and access directly to your most used services. It will be possible to navigate the functionalities related to the administered detail and the catalogue of services designed based of operational roles, guaranteeing efficiency, transparency and simplification. The document search section has also been made more intuitive with the possibility of filtering the search according to service and service categories.

The prototype is demonstrative and presents purely illustrative data, prepared for the purpose of understanding the navigation process. Any data entered by the user during navigation will not be received by the prototype. Have a good navigation!

Browse the service preview of the private area about Administration Management, a new service that will be available in the work area of the operators responsible for managing the administration information.

The prototype allows to test the ways of use of the service and it allows to simulate the possible actions by the user.

It will be possible to navigate the demonstrative functions about managing the administration and its settings, such as the institutional organization chart.

After the publication of the public area prototype and Performance Evaluation, the process of the new NoiPA system is going another step further by presenting a preview of the Employee Management dedicated to operators.

The prototype is available in this page: it presents an overview of how operators will be able to navigate their work area in the future portal; browsing the prototype you can discover the new interface, the navigation logic and the new ways of use of the Employee Management service.

This preview concerns the activity of the operators that work every day with NoiPA. It will be possible to browse some functions, such as: employee’s personal data management, adding a new employment relationship, the legal and economic framework, assignment to organizational units and taking up of the employee, inclusion of family members and heirs.

The prototype is demonstrative: it presents fictious data, set for the purpose to make the navigation process clear. Any data entry from the user during the navigation will be not stored.

The Department of Public Administration has developed the Guidelines for the Performance Measurement and Evaluation System to provide Ministries with useful methodological indications for the design and review of their assessment systems in light of the innovations introduced by Legislative Decree n. 74/2017. Each PA must therefore adopt a model to evaluate the performance of its resources, making the self-assessment and performance evaluation processes available.

At the launch of the prototype on CloudifyNoiPA portal, the trial phase will begin in September, after which the distribution of the module will be started through the NoiPA portal, to which the Italian PAs that request it will have access. In the proposed prototype it is possible to browse the section of the objectives catalog and view the relative functions.

In the process of designing and developing the solution, the Administrations belonging to different sectors have been constantly involved in order to gather the specificities of each of them and guarantee an approach to implementation that is focused on the needs of the end user.
