The Program Manager has the responsibility to:

• supervise the definition, the planning and the monitoring of the projects;
• define, approve and change the scope of the projects within the Program;
• guarantee the accomplishment of the objectives and the delivery of the established outputs;
• supervise the definition of Program dimensions (plan, budget, human resources, quality, risks, benefits);
• explain the area of intervention of the projects and of the personnel activities to the concerned spokesperson;
• manage the projects exceptions and personnel activities overall.

The Team has the responsibility to define the model and the Program management standards; monitoring the progress of the activities in relation with the objectives, the allocation of the economic resources and the internal effort.

Moreover, it manages the relations with the Agency for Territorial Cohesion.

The Team has the responsibility to define the guidelines on relevant software quality attributes and to support the Program on quality issues with the aim of ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives defined by the Program Manager

The Team has the responsibility to define the communication strategy, identifying the most suitable communication approach and ensuring stakeholders management and information on the Change Management model. It is in charge of ensuring all necessary and preparatory information for the go-live with the new entities.

The Team has the responsibility to ensure coherence between the Program and the rules outlined by the Agency for Territorial Cohesion for the beneficiaries of the funds made available by the PON and the corresponding PAC.

The CTO has the responsibility to ensure the architectural integrity and the technical coherence of the Cloudify NoiPA platform in both planning and execution phases.
