CloudifyNoiPA meets AgID: Working together on how to implement the 3-year AgID plan

27/Sep/2017

The meeting aims to determinea roadmap on how NoiPA is going to implement the 3 year Plan of AgID.

On September 27th there was the first meeting held between the Informative Systems and Innovation Office (DSII) and the Ministry of Economy and Finances (MEF),responsible for the CloudifyNoiPAProgram and the Digital Italy Agency (AgID).The meeting meant to define a common strategy and to plancoordinated actions, regarding the adhesion process of the PA in the new system, as in the 3-yearAgIDPlan.

The AgID Plan aims to improve the quality of services offered to citizens and business and to enhance the quality of the tools used by the PA operators.

The 3-yearAgIDPlanhas identified NoiPAas one of the enabling platforms that will cover all the administrative processes and database of the PA personnel.

The meeting was the opportunity for the two parties to share an activities roadmap, which should be the most efficient organisational approach for the implementation of AgID directives. In particular, the DSII has proposed a path structured in various phases, scheduled for the 2018, preliminary to the acquisition of the completely public administration in the new system starting from 2019, as indicated in the AgID plan.

More specifically, all the administrations willbe asked to provide information regarding their personnel services state of art, whichisvaluablein order to schedule the acquisition and the migration.

Considering the complexity of the transformation in place, the DSII has presented an alternative solution to simplify the diffusion of NoiPA services: the introduction of an “intermediate model” where third parties will participate to the services delivery.

Other meetings will follow to finalise the implementation process and to share the advancement status of the activities.
