On February 15, 2018, MEF DSII met the Customs and Monopolies Agency at its headquarters of Piazza Dalmazia in Rome.

The meeting is the starting point of a collaboration between the two administrations aimed at identifying possible areas of improvement for the program Cloudify NoiPA. The main purpose of the event was indeed the beginning, by the Customs Agency, of a analysis of the features defined so far to check their compliance with the necessary requirements of a new staff management system suitable to accommodate the peculiarities of all the PA.

The cooperation between the two institutions, is in line with the continuous stakeholders listening approach adopted throughout the whole duration of the project. The openness to critical evaluations, the comparison with competent external interlocutors and the constant feedbacks collection are, indeed, the cornerstones of the project action and represent a fundamental stimulus to the improvement of the new system.

Finally, in order to facilitate this comparison, the Management shared the top-down approach adopted during the phase of formalization of Release 1 and 2 features’ requirements, and illustrated the developments construction logic chosen.

The day ended with the commitment from both the administrations to undertake a structured collaboration path and to carry out further meetings to analyze possible areas of improvement for the project.
